My agent for my homeowners insurance is awesome. Almost 3 years after hurricane Milton damaged our home Citizens wanted pictures of the repairs. Fernanda was awesome and walking me through everything that they needed which was quite a. Feat since so much time had went by. Over 3 week we finally managed to get everything they needed. Fernanda was great I wouldn't want anyone else dealing with my account.
