An absolute headache to deal with Jose and this "insurance group" from start to finish. I’m honestly shocked their ratings are as high as they are.
During the process of buying my first home, I clearly communicated my closing date, yet they sent important documents to the property address weeks before closing - to an address I didn't live at yet and couldn't receiving communications at. It made no sense and caused unnecessary stress during an already overwhelming time.
After I moved in, things only got worse. I started receiving letters addressed from Jose frequently saying my insurance had been cancelled, followed by another letter the next week saying it was reinstated. This cycle happened multiple times, completely out of the blue, with no warning or explanation. Getting repeated cancellation notices like that is incredibly stressful when you're navigating owning your first home.
When I reached out for clarification, communication was poor at best, but typically non-existent. My emails and calls to Jose often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it was delayed and didn’t actually explain why any of this was happening.
Overall, I would never recommend working with this company. I’ve since found a new insurance agent, and the difference in professionalism and communication has been night and day. I’m just relieved to not have to deal with this "insurance group" and situation anymore.

I was desperate to find a better rate on car insurance because I was paying a crazy amount. Jose and Kayla really helped me out and got about a $200 less than my original insurance monthly payment. They gave me so many options and are so detailed. Only way I’ll do insurance from now on.

Byron Freire helped me find some great deals on my home insurance, first for my primary home and then for my investment property. Both time i got the best deals. I did shop around with other brokers too but their quote was significantly higher than what Byron gave me. He was very quick in replying my message emails. I like how he listed all the things (documents) he needed to find a good quote on his very first email. Not a lot of back and forth communication.The first quote i got beat all others i had from other brokers. That saved a lot of time. Will def contact him again if my current insurance goes up again.
